What BOV brands does this flange fit?
The 38mm flange is compatible with Tial QR, Turbosmart Kompact, and HKS Super SQV. The 44mm version fits Tial MVR, TiAL V60, and Synapse Synchronic BOVs.
Do I need a gasket?
The face is ground to Ra 1.6 μm. A factory paper gasket is acceptable; skip it only on show builds where aesthetics matter. Silicone bead recommended above 25 PSI.
Can I weld this flange directly to piping?
Yes. The carbon-steel variant is fully weldable with MIG, TIG, or stick. The stainless version requires TIG with ER308L filler and back-purging for the cleanest weld.
