Returns & Warranty

Straightforward returns, and a real warranty behind everything we sell.

30-Day Returns

If a part isn't right for your build, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund, provided it's uninstalled, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are excluded — those are noted on the product page if they apply.

1. Contact returns@aeperformance.supply with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect); otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or fitment? Let us know when you request your return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

Warranty

Every part we sell is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty from date of purchase. This covers material or workmanship defects under normal use — it doesn't cover damage from improper installation, racing/track use beyond the product's intended purpose, or normal wear and tear.

To file a warranty claim, email returns@aeperformance.supply with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Damaged in Shipping

If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box and the item before opening further and contact us within 48 hours — we'll get a replacement moving right away.
